Products are decorated when ordered. This allows us to offer a much larger selection of styles and colors as well as multiple logo options.
Orders are produced in 8 business days. Please see the shipping time chart below. If you need products sooner, please note that on your order in the "Special Instructions" section and we will contact you. Orders ship from Arizona.

How do orders ship?
Orders are shipped via FedEx Ground. You will choose the service during checkout. If you have an event date and product must arrive on or before that date, please authorize a faster method of shipping by selecting overnight or 2 day shipping during order check out.

What is a valid shipping address?
We must have a valid physical address in order to deliver orders. We cannot deliver to PO Boxes.

Can I ship to multiple addresses?
Yes. Please place a separate order for each shipping address.

How can I calculate shipping costs?
Pioneer is paying for Ground Shipping until 12/31/2022. If you need it faster, you will be invoiced for shipping. At Checkout, you will be able to select your shipping method of choice and see the cost.
